Children and Families Worker Appeal

The churches of St. John's, New Alresford, St. Mary's, Old Alresford, St. Peter's, Ovington and All Saints, Bighton are seeking to appoint a Children and Families Worker to help them realise a vision of seeing their existing ministries grow and flourish in the midst of their local communities.

Five reasons to consider a Children and Families Worker:
  1. Vision and Growth: A dedicated worker can provide leadership, vision, and expertise to grow the church's ministry to children and families.
  2. Community Needs: There is a significant need in the local community for support for children and families where a worker can help bridge that gap.
  3. Equipping Volunteers: A worker can equip and train existing volunteers, providing them with the resources and skills they need to effectively minister to children and families.
  4. Developing Programs: A worker can develop and implement existing programs and activities for children and families, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  5. Strengthening Families: A worker can support families in their faith journey, helping parents disciple their children and fostering intergenerational connections within the church.
