Churches Together Away Day 

Saturday, 13th September (10am - 4pm) Old Alresford Place


You are invited to the Churches Together Away Day, ‘Stronger Together’, at Old Alresford Place on Saturday 13th September from 10-4pm.

P1070829.JPG-1Rev Philip Bromiley is our speaker of the day and is the Team Rector of The Avon River Team in the Salisbury Diocese. His roles include Associate Director of Ordinands and Bishop's adviser for Ecumenism in Wiltshire. Philip is passionate about Church Unity and Mission and is joining us to share some reflections about how we are called, as the Body of Christ, in different denominations, to pray and work together. The morning will begin with prayerful reflection and some insights into our shared story through the holy sites of Bethlehem and Jerusalem. Drinks and cakes will be provided but please bring your own lunch. 

This is the rough plan for the day:
10am -1pm Philip
1-2pm Lunch (bring your own lunch)
2-3pm CTIA AGM followed by tea and cake
3pm CTIA Covenant celebration Service at St Mary's Church, Old Alresford
